Mission

PracSim is built on a simple idea: simulation should be a working part of how you plan, not a one-off study. I empower clients to make confident, data-driven decisions through the models I build, the support I provide, and the products they use.

My commitments

You will always know where we stand.

  1. I understand before I prescribe. I take the time to learn your system, your challenges, and your goals before recommending anything. I don't jump in with a solution before I understand the problem. Every engagement starts with listening.
  2. Not every system is ready for a model yet. I have yet to meet a system I couldn't model. But some aren't ready to be modeled today. Sometimes the data isn't there. Sometimes the process hasn't been pinned down enough. When that's the case, I'll tell you and help you get ready: a data-collection plan, a process walk-through, the groundwork a useful model needs. Then we build a model that actually answers your questions.
  3. No surprises. I am upfront about costs and scope. You'll know what you're paying for before any work begins.
  4. I own my work. If something isn't right, I work with you to fix it. No finger-pointing, no excuses. I stand behind what I deliver.

I've been on every side of FlexSim: user, developer, consultant, troubleshooter. PracSim is the company that brings all of that together.

I started my career at FlexSim, the company that builds the simulation software. I rotated through three roles there: tech support, where I helped users solve real problems with real models; consulting, where I delivered simulation projects directly to clients; and development, where I shipped features into the FlexSim software I'd later use on my own projects. The improvements I made were ones I'd wanted as a consultant myself and knew other users would love.

From there I joined Tesla, where I standardized material-flow simulation practices. Being on the client side under real deadlines, building models that real teams had to act on, changed how I approach consulting.

I then joined IMAGINiT Technologies, an Autodesk Platinum Partner, as their first full-time FlexSim consultant. The role gave me a steady view across industries and team sizes and the day-to-day shape of consulting work at scale.

Over my career as a simulation engineer and consultant, I've delivered work for organizations including Tesla, Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, L'Oréal, Mondelēz, Barry Callebaut, Georgia-Pacific, Exotec, and Valmont. This is a short list from a longer career.
