What you get
A finished, validated FlexSim model you own and can run independently. The key settings are inputs you can change without touching code, so you can run your own scenarios, adjust for new constraints, and explore new questions as they come up.
What it is
- Discovery call: We understand the problem you are trying to uncover or solve for and the data you have on hand. We walk through your operating environment, talk through what you're trying to optimize, and identify what data gaps exist and which ones matter most to solve your problem.
- Model building: I build the model in phases with check-ins along the way so you see progress and can course-correct if needed.
- Validation and handoff: Once the model is built, we validate it together against your real operating data, walk through the assumptions, and tune any parts that drift from reality. You leave with a model you understand, complete documentation of what the settings control, and a summary of how it matched your actual operation. The model is yours to keep, modify, and share inside your company.
